We are currently seeking an associate with three to six years of experience to join our client’s market-leading Technology and Intellectual Property Transactions group in New York, Chicago, the Bay Area, Austin, or Salt Lake City. They are specifically seeking associates who have experience working on life sciences transactions and broader technology and intellectual property transactions in the context of M&A and other corporate transactions, as well as strategic commercial agreements, such as collaboration, license, outsourcing, and joint venture agreements. The ideal candidate will have outstanding credentials and qualifications relating to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry and beyond.  Technical degree not required.

 

This client offers a competitive salary structure as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its employees and attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within the firm itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $250,000 and $370,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
