We have a team devoted to representing general partners and major limited partners in forming private equity, venture capital, mezzanine, and real estate funds. We consistently rank among the top corporate law firms in benchmarking league tables published by Bloomberg, Mergermarket and Refinitiv.

Salary: $345,000 - $415,000

 

Job Requirements:

We are seeking 5+ year associate candidates for our national private equity practice. Qualified candidates will have deep experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions. We prefer candidates with significant buy side private equity experience.
