Our client has an opportunity for an attorney to join their market-leading Technology Companies Group practice open to any of our US office locations. The ideal candidate will have:

Three to five years of relevant law firm experience with private offerings

General venture capital and tech company corporate transactions, public company representation, and public offerings.

Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar of the desired office location is required.

The salary for California applicants range is $260,000 - $365,000. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, relevant experience, primary work location, market data, and internal equity. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, which would be determined by Firm and individual performance.
