Our client, a global law firm, known for its unrelenting mission of achieving success for clients, is seeking a lateral associate to join their Finance team. Candidates should have private credit and syndicated debt finance experience at a peer firm. At least some private equity acquisition finance experience is helpful. Representation of borrowers or lenders, or both, is welcome. Class of 2014 – 2018. 
 
The annual compensation range for this position is $345,000 to $435,000. The salary offered may depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Benefits offered for this position include health care; retirement benefits; paid days off, including sick time, and vacation time; parental leave; basic life insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts; as well as discretionary, performance-based bonuses.
