Class Actions Litigation Associate

Our client is seeking an associate in law school class years 2017 through 2021 to join our robust class actions litigation team. Ideal candidate should have a strong interest in and/or prior exposure to state/federal class action practice in addition to commercial litigation experience more broadly. The firm has a broad, cutting-edge, and cross-functional class action practice and welcomes candidates with experiences across the class action and litigation spectrum (e.g., consumer, employment, privacy, antitrust, securities, etc.). District court or appellate court clerkship experience preferred but not required. Primary responsibilities include researching and drafting motions and briefs, participating in all aspects of discovery, and case/client management.
The annual compensation range for this position is between $260,000 and $420,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
